The Open-Mesh hardware communicates via SSL with Cloudtrax. A number of SSL certificates expired on July 2019. The new SSL certificates are included in the latest firmware. When the Open-Mesh hardware is produced, it also receives this up-to-date firmware. This makes it possible that the access points you have now ordered do not yet have the correct firmware with the recent SSL certificates.
In that case, the access points cannot connect to Cloudtrax. If so, you will need to manually flash the unit (s) once. This is very easy to do.
