The first units delivered of the OM2P-V1 in 2011 had 32MB of memory.
\nThe units were soon equipped with 64MB of memory.
\nOver the years more and more functions have been added to cloud trax, therefore the 32MB has become too little for the 6xx firmware, which makes it that these older OM2P cannot be updated to the latest firmware version.
\nA trade-in program has been introduced where people with the older 32MB OM2P unit can buy a new openmesh access point with a 30% discount.
\nThe new unit can be an OM2P (V2), an OM2P-HS (V2), an OM5P-AC or an MR1750 model.
\nFor each trade-in unit, a new unit with 30% discount may be purchased (1: 1).
\nThis promotion will run until December 15, 2016.
\nThe 32MB units can be recognized by the MAC address.
