This is the first openmesh product running on 5Ghz. It is also the first product to ship with 5xx firmware. The OM5P is a 5 Ghz band-only product. Add the OM5P to an existing openmesh OM2P network to separate the devices that support 5 GHz from the 2.4 GHz devices. The 5GHz band is less affected by interference.
Perfect for adding 5GHz coverage to high-traffic areas such as cafes, lobbies, conference rooms. etc. If you do not need to support legacy 2.4 GHz devices, you can of course also create a 5 GHz only cloud trax network.
